两种会阴侧切术的效果比较

Effective comparison on two kinds of lateral episiotomy

目的通过比较两种不同会阴侧切术,以选择会阴侧切的最佳方法。方法将经阴道分娩行会阴切开术的400例初产妇随机分为观察组(改良式会阴侧切术20°～30°)和对照组(传统会阴侧切术45°)各200例,观察两组产妇伤口愈合、疼痛、切口出血量等情况。结果观察组伤口愈合率高、疼痛感轻、出血量少,明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良式会阴侧切术切口角度小、损伤程度轻、失血少、产后疼痛轻,明显减轻产妇痛苦和不适,很好地保障了产妇的身心健康,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To compare the two different patterns of lateral episiotomy for selecting the best method of lateral episiotomy. Methods 400 primiparas undergoing episiotomy for vaginal delivery were divided into the control group by the improved lateral episiotomy of 20°-30° angle and the observation group by the traditional lateral episiotomy of 45 °angle, 200 cases in each group. The wound healing, pain and wound hemorrhage volume were observed and compred between the two groups. Resuits The control group had the high healing rate, slight pain and less bleeding, the effects were significantly better than the those in the observation group, difference showing statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The improved lateral episiotomy has small incision angle, mild degree of injury,less blood loss and slight postpartum pain, obviously reduces parturient＇s pain and discomfort and well protect the maternal mental and physical health, which is worthy of clinical application.
