乳腺定位穿刺针在切除肺结节中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨CT引导乳腺定位穿刺针在胸腔镜下切除肺结节的应用价值。方法 13例肺结节患者在CT引导下进行乳腺定位、穿刺针穿刺并固定肺结节,胸腔镜下行肺楔形切除,标本送病理检查。结果 13例肺结节患者肺穿刺定位准确率为100%,一次取材满意率为100%。结论 CT引导下乳腺定位穿刺针在胸腔镜下切除肺结节术中具有重要应用价值,其操作简便,肺穿刺定位准确率高,有利于肺结节的诊断和规范化治疗,值得推广应用。
