摘要
教育评价从某种程度上来讲已成为教育发展的指挥棒,有效的教育评价活动可以引导教师激发学生兴趣,在教学中通过评价手段引导学生发展方向,提高教育教学质量。通过对发展性评价理论的实践研究,探讨发展性评价在教育学课程教学中对推动师范生职业素养形成的积极意义。
Education evaluation for has been the baton of the development of education to a certain degree. An effective education evaluation guides teachers to improve the educational results, to stimulate students to improve their learning results. Based on the development evaluation theory, the paper explores the significance of development evaluation theory in cultivating the professional quality of students of normal colleges through the curriculum teaching.
