试论新时期我国“民工荒”现象

On Shortage of Migrant Workers Under the New Circumstance of Economic Development

在我国经济社会发展的初期,出现了大规模的农民由农村涌入城市,寻找工作机会的现象,也叫做"民工潮"。最近几年,由于受到国际经济危机的影响,使得大量农民失岗返乡。但现在经济有所上升,许多地区反而却出现了"民工荒",并且在东部沿海地区尤为明显。总的来讲,新时期我国"民工荒"现象的出现是由多种原因造成的,因而,采取必要的措施来解决"民工荒"问题已成为新时期影响我国经济社会发展的一个刻不容缓的事情。

In the early stages of the China＇s economic development, the supply of the migrant workers is unlimited which provides China with labors needed to realize the industrialization . It is also called ＂ the tide of migrant workers＂. In recent years, due to the influence of international economic crisis, a large number of farmers lost their jobs. With the global economic recovery , there are shortage of migrant workers in some parts of China, especially in the eastern coastal area. The shortage of migrant workers is caused by a variety of reasons. Therefore, it is urgent for us to take some effective steps to solve the problem.
