With the questionnaire and the interview methods, the paper analyzes the value -orientation and psychological quality of college students of the newly built undergraduate colleges and puts forward some countermeasures to guide the colleges and universities to cultivate the healthy psychological quality, to promote their physical and mental development of college students in P.E. Major.
