论军队网络思想政治教育应遵循的原则要求

On the principles and requirements of network ideological and political education in the armed forces

网络思想政治教育是军队思想政治教育新的形态,要增强其主动性针对性实效性,必须准确把握其应遵循的原则要求。要通过强化马克思主义一元化指导地位,在主动应对网络意识形态多元化挑战中永葆教育的先进性;坚持正确价值导向,在自觉抵制网络道德"污染"冲击中强化教育的规约功能;践行以人为本理念,在充分尊重受教育者主体地位中赋予网络思想政治教育更加充实的人文精神;注重改革创新,在顺应网络文化发展"求新求异"特性中保持教育的生机活力。

Network ideological and political education is a new form of ideological and political educa- tion in the armed forces. To enhance its initiative, pertinence and effectiveness, we should accurately seize the main principles and requirements by which we should abided. Under the background of net- work condition, ideological and political education in the armed forces should strengthen the only guidance of Marxism, and keep the vanguard of the education by confronting the diverse challenges in the ideological field initiatively. We should insist on the correct guidance of the value, enhancing the restraining function while consciously resisting moral ＂pollution＂. We should conduct the idea of put- ting people first, and respect the main role of the educatees fully. We should attach great importance to the reform and innovation, and maintain the vigor of the education by acclimating the ＂seeking the new, seeking the change＂ character of network culture development.
