摘要
本文主要阐述了称重传感器技术的发展和现状以及称重传感器弹性元件在设计时应注意的问题。根据应力集中的原则,指出了弹性元件上电阻应变计粘贴的合理位置。分析了弹性元件的制造过程中各个环节对称重传感器性能的影响。对合理设计弹性元件的结构,提高称重传感器整体性能指标和产品质量有充分的参考依据。
This article mainly introduces the development and status of weighing sensor technology and the issues that should be paid attention to when designing the element of load celL According to the principle of stress concentration, it points out the reasonable position of the resistance strain gauge altached in element and has analysed the influences of each step for the performance of the load cell during the manufacturing process of the element. It provides the fully references to design the structure of the element reasonabely, improve the overall performance index of loadcell and the quality of the product.
