一种调整悬臂剪切梁传感器误差的方法

摘要 本文从电阻应变式悬臂剪切梁传感器结构对非线性误差进行分析,采用有限元方法计算贴片孔位置对传感器的非线性误差影响,再通过试验对计算结果进行验证。结果表明悬臂剪切梁的承载孔位置对传感器的非线性误差影响可通过有限元方法定量计算。设计应用悬臂剪切梁式传感器时,对非线性误差应与传感器的其他误差综合考虑能有效提高传感器的精度。 Nonlinear error of cantilever shear beam load cell was analyzed form the counterforce's structure. The calculationwith FEA method of gaging hole's position obtained the effect of nonlinear error of load cell then verified by experiments. The result shows that the nonlinear error of cantilever shear beam load cell can be evaluated by FEA calculation, and when design or use a cantilever shear beam load cell, both the nonlinear error and others error should be comprehensive to selection, that can improve the precision of measurement.
