板式传感器轨道衡承载机构的设计设想

摘要 近三十年来,自动(动态称量)轨道衡出现了三次变革:从深基坑轨道衡发展到了无基坑轨道衡;从断轨轨道衡到出现了不断轨轨道衡;从柱式传感器轨道衡到出现了板式传感器轨道衡。板式传感器在轨道计量、检测方面的应用正在不断扩大,从自动轨道衡到铁道货车超偏载检测装置进而又应用到了静态称量(数字指示)的轨道衡上。板式传感器的广泛应用使轨道衡的承载机构的结构发生了很大变化,与此同时轨道衡安装的施工工艺也有了较大的发展和变化。本文简单地介绍了作者对新式板式传感器轨道衡承载机构的设计设想,愿与同仁共同探讨。 In recent thirty years, automatic scale weighing have three times change, which from deep foundation pit track scale to the development of the pit rail weighing scale, from the broken rail weighbridge to appear continuously track scale, from the column type sensor track scale to appear plate sensor track scale. Plate type sensor are constantly expanding on track measurement and detection applications, from automatic track weighing scale to the overloading and unbalanced loading detecting device which is applied to the static weighing ( digital indicating ) track scale. Plate sensor used to track scale bearing structure produced very big change. At the same time track scale installation construction technology has also heen great development and changes. This paper briefly introduces the new type sensor track scale bearing mechanism design idea. Willing to discuss with colleagues.
