摘要
目的以吴茱萸碱、吴茱萸次碱、柠檬苦素、水分、灰分、浸出物为考察指标,评价28批湖南省道地药材吴茱萸的质量。方法参照2010版《中国药典》吴茱萸项下的要求,对吴茱萸药材的水分、总灰分、酸不溶灰分、醇溶性浸出物、吴茱萸碱和次碱、柠檬苦素等方面进行测定。结果测得28批吴茱萸药材的水分为3.65%~9.11%,总灰分为4.85%~8.80%,乙醇浸出物为31.66%~55.09%,吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱的总碱含量为0.025%~1.249%,柠檬苦素含量为0.607%~4.763%。结论产地和品种对吴茱萸药材质量有一定的影响。
Objective To evaluate the quality of 28 batches of Evodia from Hunan Province, taking the Euodiamine, Rutaecarpine, Limonin and moisture, ash, soluble extraction as investgating indices. Methods According to the 2010 edition of "Chinese Pharmacopoeia", a comprehensive study was conducted on the content determination of Euodia" moisture, total ash, acid insoluble ash, ethanol soluble extraction, Evodiamine, Rutaecarpine and Limonin. Results In the 28 batches of Euodia, the content of moisture was fluctuated from 3.65% to 9.11%; total ash content ranged from 4.85% to 8.80%; ethanol soluble extraction ranged from 31.66% to 55.09%; total content of Euodi- amine and Rutaecarpine fluctuation ranged from 0.025% to 1.249%; Lim0nin's range was from 0.607%~4.763%. Conclusion Origin and variety have certain influences on Evodia quality.
