郭振球教授学术经验撷英(二)——熄风化痰消瘀辨治心脑疾病

从心脑疾病的基本病机、病理演变和辨证治法三个方面阐述了郭振球教授熄风、化痰、消瘀辨治心脑疾病的理论基础;通过对风湿热和风湿性心脏病、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、高血压病和高血压心脏病、肺源性心脏病和心律失常的辨证治疗,全面介绍了郭振球教授灵活运用熄风、化痰、消瘀的方法辨证治心脑疾病的临床经验。

The essay elaborated the theoratic basis of calming endogenous wind, eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis for treating cardiocerebral diseases, which is the principle pre- posed by Professor Guo Zhen-qiu, through three aspects including the basic mechanism, pathological evolution and syndrome differentiation and treatment. The essay also fully introduced the clinical experiences of treating cardiocerebral diseases based on syndrome differentiation and Guo Zhen-qi- u＇s principle of calming endogenous wind, eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis, including the cases of treating rheumatic fever, rheumatic heart diease, coronary heart disease, hypertension and hypertensive heart disease, cor pulmonale and arrhythruia.
