摘要 由于供者特异性抗体(donor specific antibody,DSA)检测技术的突破,移植后产生的抗体对移植物的作用越来越受到重视。大量证据证明了抗体与排斥反应尤其是慢性排斥反应之间的因果关系。我们就器官移植后抗体介导的排斥反应(antibody—mediated rejection,AMR)研究中的几个热点问题讨论如下。
