对我国跨越“中等收入陷阱”的几点思考

中国能否跨越"中等收入陷阱",一个关键的挑战就是能否以可持续的方式保持高速增长。因此,我们必须重视现实,冷静分析,认识清楚有利与不利的条件因素,积极采取应对措施,通过公平制订收入分配政策、稳步推进城市化进程、继续扩大内需、开辟新能源等措施和制度的制定,创造条件向"两型"经济转型,实现对"中等收入陷阱"的跨越。

The key challenge of spanning ＂trap of medium income＂ in China is whether the sustainable development can be kept.Therefore,we should attach importance on the reality and analyze calmly so as to recognize the advantages and disadvantages and take the countermeasures.By applying such measures and policies as fair income distribution policy,steady promotion of urbanization,continual enlarging domestic demand and starting new energy resources,we can create the condition to transform into ＂Double-model＂ economy and to realize the spanning.
