高压钠灯电子镇流器关键技术的研究与实现

Improvement and Implementation of the Key Technologies of HPS Electronic Ballast

摘要 根据高压钠灯特性,对电子镇流器关键技术进行研究与改进。该电子镇流器包括有源功率因数校正(APFC)电路、半桥逆变电路和闭环控制电路等。设计中对镇流器各功能模块和系统参数均进行了优化,启动电路采用脉冲变压器启动方式,声谐振抑制技术采用频率调制和相位调制相结合的技术。通过实验验证,实现了电子镇流器的高功率因数、高效率、无声谐振、可调光、稳定可靠等特性,达到了预期目标。 According to the characteristics of high pressure sodium lamp, the key technologies of the electronic ballast are researched and improved .The HPS electronic ballast consists of an active power factor correction circuit, a half bridge inverter, a loop control circuit and so on. In the design, each functional module and system parameters are optimized. The start circuit uses the pulse transformer start technology, and the acoustic resonance suppression tech- nology uses the combination of frequency modulation and phase modulation technology. Verified by experiments, the electronic ballast has the characteristics of high power factor, high efficiency, acoustic resonance phenomenon free, dimmable, stable and reliable, meets the expected goals.
