城市CBD社会公共停车需求预测方法研究

The Research on the Forecasting Method for the Parking Demand of the Social and Public Parking Area in the Town CBD

基于停车设施与路网容量关系模型的基础上,对中心商业区社会公共停车场的停车需求预测模型进行了修正,即通过城市CBD停车设施与路网容量的关系模型得到在当时路网容量状态下停车设施泊位供应量的值,以此来约束停车需求预测值在一个合理的取值范围之内,避免停车需求预测值与停车泊位供应值不平衡.

On the basis of the balance model of the supply of parking facilities - the capacity of road network, the model of the parking demand forecast about the social and public parking area in the town CBD was amended in this paper, in other words, the supply of parking facilities were got at that time through this model in the town CBD, in order to get the reasonable parking demand forecast, and avoid the imbalance of the parking demand and supply forecast.
