摘要
该文依据从定性到定量综合集成方法论，提出了将Ｄｅｌｐｈｉ、层次分析、灰色关联。模糊评判方法集成，用以评价信息系统项目的新方法──ＤＨＧＦ集成法。应用结果表明，该方法可以发挥多种方法的长处，避免它们的弱点，提高评价工作质量。
In this paper,a new method of evaluation (DHGFI for information system project is proposed on the basis of the meta-synthesis methodology from qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis.DHGF is an integrated method of Del- phi,analytic Hierarchy process,Grey interconnect degree and Fuzzy comprehensive evaluating.DHGF gives full play to their advantages and controls their disadvantages. Its feasibility and effectiveness are showed in the practical example.
