In recent years, quality discipline construction has got great achievements in School of Stomatology in the Fourth Military Medical University. Specific practices were described in details, including clarifying forward target, constructing advantage field, building development platform, forming talent team, and creating harmonious culture, which have provided references for the discipline construction of the hospital in China.
