摘要 以计算机、GIS、数据库及网络技术为基础,以MapGIS IGServer网络开发平台为支撑平台,设计并开发了地质灾害应急指挥信息系统。该系统是面向省、市、县国土资源部门,集实时信息显示、气象预警、群测群防、监测预警、重大灾害管理、防灾预案、速报处理、应急调查、应急处置、应急会商等功能于一体的地质灾害防治领域的综合性系统,是地质灾害防灾减灾工作信息化的重要组成部分。实现了地质灾害信息管理服务和应急决策服务,为地质灾害防灾减灾提供了科学、有效的辅助决策支持。 Based on technology of computer, GIS, database and network, the emergency command information system for geological disaster has been designed and developed, taking MapGIS IGServer network development platform as the support platform. The system is used in the field of geological hazard prevention and control integrated system, and is an important part of geological disaster reduction informatization. It is designed for land resource departments of all levels, integrating real-time information displaying, meteorological warning, mass prediction and disaster prevention, monitoring and early warning, monitoring and early warning, significant disaster management, disaster prevention plan, casualties processing, emergency disposal, emergency consultation and so on.
