子痫前期胎盘中Endoglin和转化生长因子β1的表达及相关性研究

Relationship between Endoglin and transforming growth factor β1 in the placenta of preeclampsia

目的:研究子痫前期患者胎盘组织中Endoglin和转化生长因子β1(TGFβ1)的表达及二者相关性。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测正常妊娠(35例)和子痫前期患者(40例)胎盘组织中Endoglin和TGFβ1的表达,并应用全自动图像分析仪进行定量分析。结果:TGFβ1在重度子痫前期组表达升高,与正常组和轻度组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);Endoglin在重度子痫前期组表达显著升高,与疾病的严重程度密切相关(P<0.05);Endoglin和TGFβ1在子痫前期中的表达呈正相关(r=0.795,P<0.05)。结论:胎盘组织中Endoglin和TGFβ1的升高,共同参与子痫前期的发生发展过程,且Endoglin的表达与疾病的严重程度密切相关。

Objective：To study the expression of Endoglin and transforming growth factor β1 （TGFβ1）in the pla- centa tissues in order to evaluate the role of them and their relationship in the preeclampsia.Methods：Im- munohistochemistry were used on the normal group（35 cases） and the preeelampsia group （40 cases） to ob- serve the location and distribution,and the high resolution pathological image analysis system were applied to determine the expression of Endoglin and TGFβ1.Results：The expression level of TGFβ1 in the severe preeelampsia group was significantly higher than that of normal and mild group （P〈0.05）,and the expression level of TGFβ1 was no significant difference between the mild preeclampsia and the normal （P〉0.05）.The ex- pression level of Endoglin in the severe preeclampsia group was significantly higher than that of normal and mild group （P〈0.05）,and the expression level of Endoglin in the mild preeclampsia was higher than that of the normal （P〈0.05）.There was a significantly positive correlation between the expression of Endoglin and TGFβ1（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The abnormal expression of Endoglin and TGFβ1 in placenta leads to insufficient trophoblasts infiltration and might be involved in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia,and the elevated level of Endoglin is related with the severity of preeclampsia.
