摘要
Extranet是建立费用优势、加强业务伙伴协作关系、促进业务过程重组的强有力竞争武器。本文以由一个制造商发起、两个供应商参与的 Extranet建设为例 ,构建 Extranet支持的 JIT供应模式和供应商效益模型 ,分析制造商 Extranet建设策略对供应商使用时间的影响 ,设计有效的Extranet建设策略。
Extranet is a powerful competitive weapon for facilitating cost leadership,improving business relationships between trading partners,and driving business process reengnneering(BPR).Taking Extranet with a manufacturer and two providers as example,this paper establishes JIT supply model supported by Extranet and providers' profit model,and analyzes the impact of manufacturer's Extranet policies on providers'joining time in order to design effective policies for building Extranet.
