普通高校高水平运动队可持续发展若干问题的思考——以江苏省普通高校高水平运动队为例

Research on Some Issues in the Sustainable Development of Elite Sports Teams from Colleges and Universities——Take the Elite Sports Teams from Jiangsu Colleges and Universities as Cases

普通高校办高水平运动队经过二十多年的发展,在人才培养上出现了目标定位不清、学训矛盾突出、体制设计缺陷等诸多问题。以江苏省普通高校高水平运动队为典型个案,研究分析我国高校办高水平运动队的办队模式和存在问题,提出了进一步明确目标定位、统筹规划项目布局、加强高水平教练员队伍建设、完善现有的高水平运动员招生、学习、训练、管理的体系设计和制度建设、实现体育与教育部门培养体系的融合等解决对策及建议,为促进我国高校高水平运动队的可持续发展提供参考。

After more than 20 years＇ development, the elite sports teams run by colleges and universities there have appeared many problems such as unclear target location, the conflict between studying and training and de fective system designs. In this paper, taking the sports teams from Jiangsu colleges and universities as study ca ses, a systematic research was made into the operating modes of college sports teams, existing problems and solu tions while related suggestions are proposed as well. Additionally, this paper provides various strategies and sug gestions in terms of target location clarification in a further way, programme design, high level coaches reinforce ment, strengthening high level sportsmen recruit, learning, training and managing system design and institution building and connecting cultivated system between sport and education departments. Thus, this research also will be a reference to make the sustainable development of elite sports teams from colleges and universities.
