烧结矿转鼓指数是衡量烧结矿质量的重要指标。武钢二烧车间通过稳定原料配比、严格控制燃料粒度、加强生产操作、改善铺底料系统、改善混合料布料、提高烧结矿FeO含量稳定率和Ro稳定率等一系列有效的措施,使该车间烧结矿转鼓指数从2009年的78.84%提高到2011年的79.66%。

By taking a series of effective measures such as stabilization of the raw materials proportion, strictly control of the grain size of fuel, enhancement of the production operation, improvement in the bottom charging system, enhancement of the mixed materials distribution and improvement in the stabilization rate of FeO and Ro content in the sintered ore the drum rotation index of the sintered ore in the Sintering Plant is raised to 79.66 % in 2011 from 78. 84 % in 2009.
