摘要 通过分析大方坯合金钢42CrMo铸坯表面凹坑产生的原因,对保护渣成分进行调整,提高了保护渣的碱度、黏度和熔化温度,降低了保护渣的消耗量,使得铸坯表面凹坑消失,且该保护渣还适用于40Cr、35CrMo等其他中碳合金钢,铸坯表面质量良好。 This article analyzed the cause of slab surface of bloom of alloy steel 42CrMo, and adjusted the composition of mould powder, which increased the alkalinity, viscosity and melting point of mould powder, reduced the consumption of mold powder, and let the surface concave of slab disappeared. In addition, the new mold powder is suitable for other alloy steel such as 40Cr, 35CrMo, and the slab surface quality is in good condition.
