80t转炉少渣炼钢工艺实践

Technological practice of less slag steel-making in 80 t converter

结合武钢炼钢总厂二分厂80t转炉实际生产情况,通过少渣炼钢条件的理论分析,探索出少渣炼钢工艺的操作特点,并将其应用于指导现场生产。生产实践表明,少渣炼钢工艺在降低渣料消耗、提高金属收得率和热效率方面取得良好的效果。

By theoretical analysis on less slag steelmaking conditions in connection with the practical production conditions of the 80 t converter steelmaking in the No. 2 Steel- making Plant of WISCO the operating characteristics of the less slag steelmaking process are found out and then they are applied to guiding the on-site production. Production practice show that very good results including reduction of slag material consumption, increase in the metal yield and thermal efficiency have achieved by application of less slag steelmaking process.
