转炉留渣安全操作研究与实践

Research and practice of safety of slag retaining operation in converter

结合武钢炼钢总厂二分厂的现状,对留渣操作的热力学和动力学条件进行分析,总结出了安全留渣的工艺参数,并制定和实施了安全留渣操作措施,为实现具有显著效益的留渣炼钢工艺提供了可靠性依据。

On the basis of current situation of No. 2 Steelmaking Plant of WISCO, the present paper analyzes the condition of thermodynamics and dynamics of slag retaining operation,summarizes the technological parameter of safety of slag-retaining operation and draws up and carry out the measure of safety of slag retaining operation. The process measures for slag-retaining operation are proposed and so the operation can be put into effect and therefore remarkable economic profit is accordingly achieved.
