盈江县实施消除麻疹目标综合评估及分析

Comprehensive evaluation and analysis on implementation of measles elimination in Yingjiang County

目的评价盈江县实施消除麻疹策略及措施效果。方法统计分析麻疹免疫及疫情监测资料。结果 2006-2011年麻疹计划免疫和强化免疫接种率﹥95%;人群麻疹抗体水平逐年升高,麻疹监测系统(Measles surveillancesystem,MSS)运转良好,麻疹排除病例报告发病率1.74%,疫情逐年下降,2010-2011年无麻疹病例报告。结论盈江县建立了牢固的麻疹免疫屏障,连续2年达到了消除麻疹状态,基本实现了国家对世界卫生组织的承诺目标。

Objective To evaluate the implementation effect of measles elimination strategies and measures in Yingjiang County. Method Analyze the data of measles immunization and epidemics monitoring. Results From 2006 to 2011, the vaccination rate of planned immunization and supplementary were more than 95%. The immunity for measles increased year by year, and measles surveillance system （MSS） worked well. The incidence of measles was 1.74%. The epidemics decreased year by year, and no case was reported from 2010 to 2011. Conclusions Yingjiang County established a solid barrier against measles, and no case was reported within two continuous years. It had basically achieved the government＇s promise to the World Healthtion.
