摘要
介绍了面向企业的计算机支持的协同工作系统的设计思想和功能 ,通过对该系统应用案例的分析表明 ,该系统在支持企业管理人员的群体协同任务方面 ,具有明显的效益和广泛的应用前景。
A real Enterprise-Oriented Computer Supported Cooperative Work (ECSCW) System has been introduced, and described its design ideals and functions. The analysis of system application examples shows this system can facilitate people to accomplish cooperative tasks in an organization at different time and different places, and it may provide information systems with platform for the integration. Some case studies, such as BPR with CSCW, Total Quality Management with CSCW, have been conducted in several enterprises of China. The results show that a great benefit can be achieved by using CSCW system and it has an wide application perspective.
