摘要
针对六自由度数控铣床—并联机床的数控加工 ,本文提出一种新的加工过程仿真算法。该算法基于观察坐标系 ,利用扫描线算法在精度范围内表示工件和刀具 ,从而将复杂的三维布尔运算简化为一维布尔运算。笔者在微机上利用VC ++,根据这种新算法 ,开发出并联机床数控加工过程仿真系统 ,实现了并联机床数控加工过程仿真。
Aimed at NC machining of six-freedom NC miller that is a parallel machine tool, in this paper it has put forward a new simulation algorithm of NC machining process. This new simulation algorithm represents the workpiece and tool within allowable precision by Scan Algorithm based on view-coordinate system, thus simplifies the complex three-dimension Boolean operation into one-dimension Boolean operation. The author develops the NC machining simulation system of parallel machine tool on microcomputer by VC++ according to the new simulation algorithm, and has realized the simulation of NC machining process on parallel machine tool.
