摘要
讨论了以往产品可装配性评价方法的不足 ,并根据人工神经元网络的特点 ,阐述了人工神经网络在可装配性评价中运用的适用性和基于人工神经网络的可装配性评价的实现方法。根据Boothroyd方法中提供的实验数据 ,通过神经元网络学习建立了评价模型 ,依此模型可以对表征产品可装配性的装配时间等指标进行评价 。
In this paper, the limitation of former methods of design for assembly (DFA) evaluation is first discussed. According to the features of Artificial Neural Networks(ANN), the suitability of using ANN in DFA evaluation is introduced. Then the specific method of DFA evaluation based on ANN is illustrated as well, and a case is presented to show the practicability of this method.
