摘要
单元制造系统的集成设计问题是一个组合优化问题。由于其所具有的非线性、NP难等复杂特性 ,常规方法难以求解。现代智能计算技术的发展则为其求解提供了可能。本文基于单元制造系统集成优化模型 ,提出了实现单元制造系统集成设计的遗传算法设计方案 ,并通过仿真实验验证了所设计算法的有效性。
The integrated design of cellular manufacturing system (CMS) is a combinatorial optimization problem. Due to its non-linear and NP hard, classical optimizing approaches can not solve it. The development of modern intelligent technique bring the feasibility of solution. This paper proposes a genetic algorithm scheme to solve CMS integrated design based on integrated optimizing model. The result of the simulation test shows the validity of this algorithm.
