基本药物制度对医务人员行医行为的影响分析

A study on the impact of essential medicines system on medical staff's behavior

目的:了解基本药物制度对医务人员行医行为认知及其影响因素。方法:以分层随机抽样法对宁波市1500名医务人员进行问卷调查,分析基本药物制度知识知晓、使用与评价等内容。结果:78.7%的医务人员对于目前政府出台的有关基本药物使用改革措施表示满意,58.3%的医务人员认为基本药物制度能给患者带来真正实惠,80.6%的认为基本药物制度实施后已经减少了医务人员收入,48.8%的医务人员参加过各类基本药物使用培训班或专题讲座,51.2%的医务人员表示未参加过任何业务培训班,53.9%的医务人员认为基本药物制度对医疗行为产生影响。结论:应完善医疗机构综合配套政策改革,构建以患者为中心的临床基本药物合理使用工作模式,加强培训教育,提高医务人员使用基本药物的积极性与主动性,提高基本药物使用认知度与普及面,规范医务人员合理用药行为,促进基本药物真正合理地使用。

Objectives： To learn the impact of essential medicines system on medical staffs＇ behavior and its influence factors.Methods： 1500 medical staffs were selected as objects by stratified random sampling.The awareness,usage and assessment of essential medicines system were analyzed.Results： 78.7% of the investigated was satisfied with essential medicines system.58.3% thought that essential medicines system could bring true benefits to patients.80.6% thought that their income were reduced after the implementation of essential medicines system.48.8% have taken part in all kinds of training,but 51.2% never received any training.53.9% thought that their behaviors were influenced by the essential medicines system.Conclusions： Comprehensive complementary reforms of essential medicines system was considered to be improved,patient centered clinical essential medicines system mode needed to be established.Training,and medical staff＇s motivation needed to be promoted and the awareness of essential medicines use should be strengthened to regular medical staff＇s behavior and promote essential medicines rational use.
