摘要 目的评价CT与MRI在舌癌术前诊断和分期中的价值。方法分析36例舌癌患者的临床病理、CT和MRI检查结果。结果 CT和MRI对舌癌诊断准确率分别为95.2%和100.0%,两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CT和MRI对舌癌的病变侵犯范围和扩散途径均能较好显示,但MRI对TNM分期判断的准确率高于CT(90.5%vs61.9%,P<0.05)。结论 MRI对判断舌癌临床分期准确率高于CT,可作为舌癌的首选检查。 Objective To evaluate the role of CT and MRI in the preoperative diagnosis and staging of tongue cancer. Methods Clinicopathological data and CT and MRI findings of 36 patients with tongue cancer were analyzed retrospectively. Results Diagnostic rates of tongue cancer were 95.2% and 100.0% in CT and MRI, respectively, and no difference was present (P〉0.05). Both CT and MRI displayed the invasive extent and spread route of tongue cancer, while MRI was superior to CT in the accurate evaluation of TNM staging (90.5% vs 61.9%, P〈0.05). Conclusion MRI is more accurate than CT in the judgment of clinical staging of tongue cancer, suggesting that it may be the first choice for tongue cancer.
