联合免疫治疗对复发性自然流产患者外周血Thl/Th2的影响

Combined immunotherapy on peripheral blood Th1/Th2 ratio of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion

目的观察联合淋巴细胞免疫、免疫球蛋白和阿司匹林的疗法对复发性自然流产(RSA)患者外周血Thl/Th2的影响。方法 31例RSA患者进行联合淋巴细胞免疫、免疫球蛋白、阿司匹林治疗,测定治疗前后外周血INF-γ、IL-10含量,计算Thl/Th2指标。结果治疗后INF-γ较治疗前明显下降,IL-10较治疗前明显上升,Thl/Th2比值较治疗前明显下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 RSA患者存在Thl/Th2平衡异常,联合免疫治疗可诱导Thl向Th2转移,恢复Thl/Th2平衡。

Objective To investigate the effect of combined therapy of lymphocyte immune, immunoglobulin and aspirin on peripheral blood Th1/Th2 ratio of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion （RSA）. Methods Peripheral blood INF- γ and IL-10 levels and Th1/Th2 ration were determined in 31RSA patients undergoing combined therapy of lymphocyte immune, immunoglobulin and aspirin. Results Compared with pre-treatment, INF- γcontents decreased but IL-10 increased （P〈0.01）, and Th1/Th2 ratio reduced （P〈0.01） after combined therapy. Conclusion There exists an abnormal Th1/Th2 balance in RSA patients. Combined immunotherapy may retrieve the Th1/Th2 balance via inducing the polarization of Thl to Th2.
