类鼻疽假单胞菌所致骨关节炎的诊治

Diagnosis and therapy of osteoarthritis caused by Melioidosis pseudomonas

目的总结类鼻疽假单胞菌所致骨关节炎的诊治经验。方法回顾性分析7例类鼻疽假单胞菌所致骨关节炎患者的临床资料。结果 3例保守治疗痊愈,2例手术治疗痊愈,1例治疗无效死亡,1例放弃治疗出院1周后死亡。结论选择敏感抗生素、恰当手术和支持治疗可取得良好疗效,抗生素治疗应持续3个月以上。

Objective To summarize the experience on the diagnosis and therapy of osteoarthritis caused by Melioidosis pseudomonas. Mothods Clinical data of seven patients with M. pseudomonas-induced osteoarthritis were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of the seven patients, three and two recovered from conservative and surgical treatment, respectively; one died after ineffective treatment, and another died after one week of abandoning of treatment. Conclusion Sensitive antibiotics with the course of more than three months, appropriate surgery and supportive management can achieve a satisfactory efficacy for patients with M. pseudomonas-induced osteoarthritis.
