摘要
为探讨STc 延长在冠心病诊断中的价值 ,观察38例经冠状动脉造影证实冠状动脉狭窄≥50%的冠心病组和31例无冠状动脉狭窄对照组STc 值。结果发现 :冠心病组STc 均值 (0.1236s)非常明显长于对照组 (0.1146s,P<0.01) ,≥0.12s的比率 (94.74% )非常明显高于对照组 (9.68% ,P<0.01)。认为STc 延长对冠心病诊断有较高的敏感性和特异性 ,对常规心电图无ST段偏移的冠心病患者 ,具有较高的诊断价值。
In order to research diagnostic value of plane ST segment for adjusting heart rate(STc) delay to coronary heart disease(CHD).We observed STc of 38 patients with CHD and 33 normal subjects.Results showed that rate of STc≥0.12 s for CHD group(94.74%)was much higher than that of control group(9.68%).Average of STc for CHD group(0.1236 s) was much longer than that of control group(0.1146 s)(P<0.01).Its sensitivity was 94.74%,specificity 90.32%,positive prognostication 92.31% and negative prognostication 93.33%.There were very helpful in diagnosis of CHD that plane ST segment was not deviated in routine electrocardiogram.
