摘要
为了确定车间生产过程中的关键工序,以过程管理思想和80/20原理为指导,提出面向质量管理的关键工序识别方法.应用基于图论的方法建立生产车间模型,提出关键度的概念来描述车间模型中工序节点的关键程度,并从工序节点对其他节点的影响程度和工序节点自身的质量水平2个方面出发,对生产车间模型中工序节点的关键度进行定量计算.结合某汽车电机企业的生产车间,说明关键工序识别方法的详细实现步骤.应用结果表明,该方法能够有效地识别车间生产过程中的关键工序,为在车间质量管理中实现对工序的重点监控与改进提供可靠的支持.
Instructed by the theory of process management and The 80/20 Principle,the quality management-oriented key process identification method was developed to determine the key processes of the workshop manufacturing processes.The workshop model was built on the basis of graph theory,and the concept of criticality was presented to describe the importance of process nodes in the proposed model.The criticality of the process node was computed based on two aspects: the impact on other nodes in the model,and the internal quality level.A case study in an automobile motor workshop demonstrated the implementation steps in detail.The application shows that the key process identification method can be used to not only find out the key processes effectively,but also provide reliable support for monitoring and improving the key processes in the workshop manufacturing quality management.
