高效液相色谱法测定广西壮药金花茶叶中的山奈素 被引量:5

摘要 采用Ultimate(XB-C18)色谱柱,以甲醇-0.4%磷酸(55∶45)为流动相,流速1.0ml/min,检测波长360nm,柱温为室温,建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定广西壮药金花茶叶中山奈素含量的方法。结果,山奈素在0.1~0.5μg范围内峰面积与其浓度呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为96.36%,RSD=3.07%(n=6)。该方法准确,快速,重现性好,可以作为广西壮药材金花茶叶中山奈素含量的测定方法。 A HPLC method was established to determine kaempferol in Camellia petelotii (Mer- rll) Sealy. Ultimate(XB-C^8)column was used as chromatographic column; The mobile phase was methanol-0.4%phosphoric acid solution (55 : 45);The flow rate was 1.0 ml. rain-land the detector wavelength was set at 360 nm; The column temperature was maintained at room temperature. The calibration curve of kaempferol was in good linearity over the range of 0.1- 0.5μg( r =0. 9998). The average recovery was 96.36%, RSD =3. 07%( n =6). This method is convenient, sensitive, reliable and suitable for determination of kaempferol in Camellia petelotii (Merrll) Sealy.
