文化的发展和繁荣离开自身的优秀文化传统就好像无源之水,难成浩瀚的江海。离开自身的优秀红色文化传统做导向,就像无灯塔指引的航行,难寻正确的方向。离开借鉴优秀的国外文化成果,就如闭门造车,难取体制的突破。而只有把传统文化、红色文化、国外文化结合起来,狠抓实干,才能实现文化的大发展与大繁荣。

The development and flourish of culture must root in its own fine cultural traditions, alone it is like water without a source, impossible to develop. Neglecting the leading role of red classic culture, it is hard for the culture to find its direction to go, just like sailing without a lighthouse guiding. At the same time, however, overlooking learning from some fine foreign cultural achievements, it is hard to make a breakthrough in its system, just like working behind the closed door. Only by combining traditional classic culture, red culture, foreign culture into the practice, with an effort, can we achieve the great development and prosperity of the culture.
