上海某区证券交易所营业部控烟监管措施效果分析

目的分析上海市浦东新区证券交易所营业部的控烟状况,了解控烟监督措施效果,提高证券交易所营业部控烟水平。方法依据《上海市公共场所控制吸烟条例》制定统一调查表,对辖区内36家证券交易所营业部控烟情况进行调查,存在问题单位控烟实施监督措施,对监督效果进行分析。结果通过实施控烟监督措施,符合控烟要求户数从30.6%上升至80.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);部门负责人知晓率、控烟制度建立率、醒目规范的禁烟标志的张贴率、控烟举报电话张贴率均达100%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);已全部设立专兼职控烟管理人员,未设置烟具率从83.3%上升至97.2%,吸烟现象从25%下降至16.7%。结论控烟监管措施对证券交易所营业部落实控烟工作效果显著,应继续加强对证券交易所营业部吸烟现象的宣教与监管。

Objective To analyze the smoking control status in stock exchange business department, know the supervision effect of tobacco control, and improve the level of tobacco control in stock exchange business department. Methods According to ＂Regulation on smoking control in public places of Shanghai city＂, unified questionnaire is used to investigate all 36 stock exchange business departments in this area. Supervision will be enforced on those who have problems, and the supervision effect will be analyzed. Results Through the supervision of tobacco control, those who met the requirement increased from 30. 6% to 80. 6% of all departments, and the difference is statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The rate of knowing of department responsible persons reached 100%, as well as the rate of the establishment of tobacco control system and the rate of posting the signs of no smoking and the smoking cessation hotline. The differences were statistically significant （ P 〈0. 05 ） ; All departments have set up tobacco executives with part-time or full-time position. The rate of not setting smoking set has risen from 83.3% to 97.2%, the rate of smoking phenomenon decreased from 25% to 16. 7%. Conclusion The supervision of tobacco control on stock exchange business departments is effective, it should continue to strengthen the propaganda and the supervision on smoking phenomenon in business departments.
