摘要
目的通过对食品安全企业标准备案之关键点的讨论,提高食品安全企业标准备案工作的质量,更好地为经济建设服务。方法根据2年多的食品安全企业标准备案工作实际,结合省内外的有关的理论与实践,提出了四个关键点。结论对将要备案的食品企业标准先要判断其是属于严于还是没有食品安全国家或地方标准,其次产品名称应规范,再次为其所用原辅料的合法性,最后是要求中各项目与指标的确定。若能把住这四个关键点,即可保证标准的合法性、科学性与先进性。
Objective To improve the quality of registering work, so as to better serve the economic construction through the discussion on key points of registering enterprise' s food safety standards. Method Based on more than two years of practical work on enterprise food safety standards registering along with the theory and practice outside of the province, four key points were put forword. Conclusion The enterprise food stardands to be registered should be firstly judged to be strict, or belong to the catergory of no national local stardards; next, the product name should be standardized and the raw materials should be legal, which is followed by the determination of all items and indexes as required. As far as the four key points were checked, the legitimacy, science, and advancement of the standards can be guaranteed.
