高新技术中小企业创新战略研究——开放式创新与自主创新交互作用机制研究

Innovation Strategic Decision of New and High-tech SMEs:Research on the Mechanism of Open Innovation and Independent Innovation Interaction

企业能否取得较好的创新绩效很大程度上取决于其创新战略的合理性和有效性。选取苏州的高新技术中小企业作为样本企业,考察开放式创新与自主创新两种创新战略选择对企业创新绩效的影响。结果发现,开放式创新与自主创新对企业创新绩效均有显著影响。进一步检验发现创新来源与创新绩效具有反向相关关系,在开放式创新战略作用下,这种反向影响会更显著;创新程度与创新绩效具有正相关的关系,在开放式创新战略作用下,这种积极影响程度也会加强;即自主创新战略与开放式创新的交互匹配对企业创新绩效提升起积极作用。

Enterprise can get a better innovation performance,which depends largely on the rationality and effectiveness of enterprise innovation strategy. This study selects New and High-tech SMEs in Suzhou as sample to study the impact of open innovation and independent innovation on enterprise innovation performance. We find that open innovation and independent innovation are both of positive and significant correlation with innovation performance. We further find that enterprise innovation source and innovation performance are of opponent correlation relationship, enterprise innovation levels and innovation performance are of positive correlation, especially in the open innovation environment; and the independent innovation strategy and open innovation interaction match on enterprise innovation performance up a positive effect.
