摘要
目的 :通过检测多索茶碱 (Dox)在大鼠体内的血药浓度 ,分析红霉素对 Dox药代动力学参数的影响。方法 :用微量取血及反相高效液相色谱法 (RP- HPL C)检测 Dox的血药浓度 ,数据用“3P87”程序计算机处理。结果 :红霉素使 Dox吸收时间缩短 ,峰浓度略有下降 ,曲线下面积减小 ,对其消除过程基本无影响。结论 :两药联用时 ,红霉素不增加多索茶碱的毒性 ,仅轻微影响其药效 ,而对
Objective:Our purpose was to study the effect of erythromycin on doxophylline (Dox) pharmacokinetics.Methods: Dox in minimum serum is detected with reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP HPLC) and concentration data is done with “3 P 87” program in computer. Results: Comparing with Dox ig alone, its absorbance phase time is shortened after erythromycin ig. The top concentration and area under the curve were all decreased, but elimination process is not influenced. Conclusion: When Dox is administrated orally together with erythromycin, the latter can not increase Dox toxicity, but decrease its curative effect lightly, so it is relatively safer than theophylline.
