超细ZnO和超细TiO_2对聚丙烯紫外遮蔽性能影响

EFFECT OF ULTRAFINE ZnO AND ULTRAFINE TiO_2 ON UV-CUT PROPERTIES OF POLYPROPYLENE

摘要 超细粉体的尺度效应导致其对紫外光屏蔽性能产生差异。采用超细TiO2和ZnO为紫外屏蔽功能粉体,对比研究不同粉体配比和总体粉体用量对聚丙烯基薄膜紫外透过性能的影响,结果发现,由于量子尺寸效应导致粉体的最大吸收波长均发生蓝移,当TiO2和ZnO配比为1∶1时,共混体系对宽波长范围内紫外屏蔽效果相对最好,而随粉体用量的增加,聚丙烯薄膜的紫外屏蔽性增强,当总用量为2wt%时,体系平均紫外屏蔽率达到99%。 Scale effect of ultrafine powder shows evident influence on UV-cut properties. In this study, ultrafine TiO2 and ultrafine ZnO powders were used as UV-cut functional additives in polypropylene film. Influence effect of the ratio of two powders and total additive level on UV-cut properties of polypropylene were studied. Results showed that the blue shift of maximum absorbent wavelength happened in both powders, polypropylene film showed the best UV-cut effect when the ratio of uhrafine TiO2 and uhrafine ZnO was 1 : 1, and UV-cut properties increased with the addition level of powders in polymer matrix and 99% UV shielding efficiency was obtained when 2 wt % powders was used.
