摘要
概述了CC-Link现场总线技术如何在自动排水系统中的应用,叙述煤矿排水的重要性和CC-Link总线技术的定义及其发展历程,介绍CC-Link的网络通信原理、网络系统配置和网络结构;研究矿井自动排水系统在CC-Link现场总线下的硬件分类及组成、FX2N系列CC-Lick通信硬件、各泵房的网络配置及中央泵房与子泵房的通信过程,最后CC-Link现场总线技术应用到煤矿自动排水系统中能减少排水系统的配线和安装设备的费用,利于设备的维护,提高工作效率,且方便各个子泵房的接入与断开。
Provides an overview of the CC-Link field bus technology used in mine automation drainage system. This article narratives the importance of mine drainage, Describes CC-Link bus technology definition and its development history. The essay introduces the CC-Link network eommunication principle, network eonfiguration and network structure. This paper studies mine automatic drainage system the hardware composition and classification in the CC-Link field bus, Researching FX2N series CC-Lick communication hardware and the network configuration of pumping station, Studying communication process of central pumping station and sub-pumping stations. At the last, CC-Link field bus technology applied to mine automatic drainage system can reduce the drainage system wiring and cost of installation device. Having advantages to maintain equipment, improving work efficiency and being convenient to the sub-pumping stations access and disconnect.
