摘要
为了满足工程中对喷嘴喷雾角度测量的需要,采用三角法和积水容器法的综合方法,设计了一种喷嘴喷雾角度自动检测装置。通过步进电机实现喷嘴机构的水平和上下移动,利用压力传感器获得喷嘴喷雾的打击力数据,测量出雾场中各段的流量,可以确定喷雾高度H和有效喷雾距离L,从而精确地计算出喷嘴喷雾角度。
In order to meet the measurement requirements of nozzle spray angle in the engineering, a kind of automatic detection device of measuring nozzle spray angle is designed with the integrated method of triangulation and containers with water. The level and up and down moving of nozzle machinery is achieved through the stepper motor, the spray blow force data of nozzle are obtained with the pressure sensor, and every flux of the fog field is measured, the spray height H and spray distance L can accurately confirm, as a result, c and the spray angle of nozzle is accurately calculated.
