新津县秸秆沼气工程经济效益分析

Economic Effect Analysis of Crop Straw Anaerobic Digestion Engineering in Xinjin County

文章以四川省成都市新津县秸秆沼气集中供气工程为例,分析其社会福利影响、不同影响因素组合下经济效益,探析影响秸秆沼气工程健康发展的因素,从而为推进秸秆沼气工程发展提供相应的政策参考。分析结果表明,工程运行效率、秸秆收集成本,沼渣是否实现价值以及政府补助对工程经济效益影响较大。以该工程个列看,秸秆沼气集中供气商业化运营尚需进一步提高其市场生存能力。

Taking the intensive biogas providing engineering in Xinjin County as an example, the effect of straw biogas ap plication on social welfare, the economic benefit with different influence combination, the factors influencing the develop ment of the crop straw biogas engineering, were analyzed. The analysis result showed that the project operation efficiency, crop straw collection cost, the value of biogas residue and the government subsidy had the relatively large impact on the e conomic benefit of the project. From the case in Xinjin, it is could be seen that the survival ability of commercial marketing of intensive biogas providing project with crop straw fermentation needing to be further strengthened.
