摘要
基于WinPcap模拟了智能变电站二次设备的通信过程。实现了IEC61850采样值报文和GOOSE报文的捕获和发送功能,为开发基于IEC 61850标准的智能变电站继电保护仿真培训系统创造了条件。
The communication of intelligent substation secondary system was simulated based on WinPcap. The IEC 61580 values and GOOSE packers capture and transmission function are realized which creates the conditions for intelligent substation relay protection simulation training system.
