提出了采用人机界面触摸屏与可编程控制器(PLC)、带伺服系统的两级调压器、低压大电流变压器、电流采样元等组成的移动式程控交流稳流试验装置,适用于各低压电器试验站及低压电器生产厂中对低压电器元件及低压成套开关设备的特性及温升试验。试验装置具有稳流精度高、响应速度快、自动化程度高、参数设置及使用方便等特点。

This paper described a mobile programme-controlled AC steady current test device that consists of touch screen man-machine interface and programmable logic controller （ PLC）, two-stage voltage regulator with servo system, low voltage high current transformer DDG and current sampling unit. The device can be applied to the characteristic tests and temperature rise tests of low voltage electrical components and low voltage switchgear assemblies in low voltage electric appliance test station and factory. And it has the advantage of high precision of stead,/flow, rapid responsive speed, high degree of automation, set parameters and use easily.
