摘要
在实地观察与访谈的基础上,对影响当前农村卫生人力资源发展现状的主要因素进行了分析。研究表明,激励机制尚未发展健全,影响了农村卫生从业者工作的积极性,也导致新农合难以吸引学历层次和技术水平较高的农村卫生工作者。同时,村医行医中的自主性还有待提高,这也是阻碍农村卫生工作者数量和质量提高的主要因素。在目前农村卫生政策有待进一步完善的阶段,农村礼俗社会特有的伦理约束将对村医队伍的维系起到重要作用。
This paper analyzed the major influencing factors for the current situation of village medical human resource based on field observation and the analysis on interview data. It pointed out that the development of incen tive mechanism has not yet perfect, that affected the rural health practitioners work enthusiasm, and made it hard to attract the rural health workers with the highest technical level and education background under the new rural coop erative medical system in China.
