提高急诊医务人员道德素养 构建急诊科和谐医患关系

Improve the Emergency Medical Personnel Ethical Accomplishment and Construct a Harmonious Doctor-patient Relationship in Emergency Department

急诊科疾病的不可预见性和突发性会对医患心理产生消极影响,加之医疗费用上涨、部分平诊病人来急诊科就医占据急诊医疗资源、医患沟通不到位、部分医务人员法律意识淡薄以及急诊服务体系不健全等,容易引发医患矛盾。因此,全社会应营造医患和谐的社会环境,医院要加强医护人员法制教育和职业道德教育,医务人员要保持心理健康,转变工作作风,重视并学习医患沟通技巧,促进医患关系和谐发展。

Unpredictability and sudden of emergency diseases will produce negative effects on psychology of doctors and patients, coupling with rising medical costs, some non -emergent patients occupying emergency medi- cal resources, weak doctor - patient communication, part of the medical staff＇s weak legal consciousness and emer- gency service system is not perfect and so forth, easily to cause the doctor -patient disputes. Therefore, the whole society should create a harmonious doctor - patient relationship. The hospital should strengthen medical staff legal education and professional moral education. Medical personnel should maintain mental health, change the work style, pay attention to and study the doctor -patient communication skills, and promote the harmonious develop ment of the doctor - patient relationship.
